Meet Chada El-Islam from Algeria, a Tomorrow’s Leaders alumna, entrepreneur, and CEO.
Fifteen years ago, she left her home in Ouargla, Algeria and joined the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program with great ambition and no idea how deeply the experience would change her life.
Through student organizations, Model United Nations, the Student Senate, and technology initiatives, she developed the confidence, leadership skills, and ambition that would shape her future.
Today, Chada is the Founder and CEO of ENTROGX Ventures. In the 13 years prior to founding ENTROGX, Chada provided her expertise to leading technology and energy companies, including Microsoft, General Electric, and Baker Hughes. She has contributed to global conversations on AI, technology, energy, and infrastructure through G20, B20, and BRICS working groups. As an angel investor and entrepreneur, she backs high-potential startups and advances innovation across the region.
Beyond her professional achievements, Chada has spent more than 15 years mentoring and supporting women and young professionals across the region through leadership and career development initiatives.
